Meeting Business Needs with Experience

With a Master of Education and a background in program management, project leadership, and instructional design, I create learning experiences that truly make an impact. I specialize in both instructor-led and eLearning programs, with a focus on technical training, organizational development, and practical problem-solving.

My design approach starts with the end goal—what learners need to do differently—and builds backwards to ensure training is relevant, actionable, and engaging. Using proven adult learning principles, I craft scenario-based, right-sized, and hands-on learning that connects directly to learner’s needs.

I’m skilled at conducting needs assessments, aligning with business objectives, and collaborating closely with subject matter experts to bring their knowledge to life. By combining data-driven insights with creative design, I deliver solutions that engage learners and drive results.

I'm experienced with all aspects of Instructional Design and Courseware Development, including:

  • SME Collaboration

  • Needs Assessment

  • Objective Setting

  • Storyboarding

  • Evaluation

  • Graphic Design

  • Courseware Writing

  • Script Writing

  • Video Recording & Editing

  • Voice Over Recording & Editing

Authoring tools that I regularly use are Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Pendo, Canva, and Adobe Audition. However, I am always interested in learning how to use new tools and assess whether and how they could improve my work, including using AI tools to increase efficiency and enhance output.
